Coderific

flags

Flagging an employer rating or forum post allows Coderific's users to remove content that violates the Coderific terms of service, which includes content that is unlawful, threatening, libelous, false, disruptive, or constitutes an advertisement. If you believe you've run across such a rating or post, then just hit the "prohibited" button.

If a sufficient number of distinct Coderific users deem a rating or post prohibited, then it will be removed from the site automatically. Exactly how many users need to flag a rating or post before it'll be removed? Well, that's secret. Suffice it to say that it's sufficient. No, you won't find the number in the source code you sneaky monkey.

Please don't flag something as prohibited just because you disagree with it or don't like it. Make sure that it actually does violate the terms of service before flagging it. If you're too lazy to read the whole TOS, just skip down to the "CONDUCT" section for most of the juicy bits.

In the future we may add additional flag buttons as necessary. If you've got an idea, or if you'd just like to discuss the flag feature in general, don't be shy.
