    They do not appreciate their employees at all. Over worked, underappreciated, that's what you'll get at RealPage. Cronyism and alliances all over the place. Reviews are not always done, raises - even cost of living increases are not given. When they are, they're really low.

    Vast sexual harassment going on. HR department that does nothing with complaints. People are hired in from past relationships and they get away with murder while good, honest people more...

    RealPage has some areas which are highly structured, especially in the release management and QA areas, and other areas where anything goes. No project management methodology is used, as project managers are viewed as a waste of time. Development is being slowly outsourced to offshore, but there are still 90% development, business analysis and support being provided in a single office.     Overall RealPage is an excellent environment to work in if you are not into a high pressure, constant crunch workplace. The build system is somewhat tedious but keeps everyone on a fairly tight schedule and pace. QA is pretty top-notch too.

    Their biggest weakness, imho, is that compensation is below-market, and there really any aren't many other perks beyond a really nice benefits package. There are no bonuses, and yearly reviews result in raises typical for more...
