Been nothing short of happy with this employer. No BS, no empty pats on the back, etc. Just provide you with the tools to get the job done. No waste of time that way. When it's time to spend money to make something happen, money is spent and it happens. As a traveling consultant, a lot is done to streamline the backoffice portion (expenses and whatnot) of the job. Highly recommend this employer.

Competitive salary, interesting assignments, good benefits. Magenic knows how to build a good team and treat their employees right. Support isn't limited to the local branch. Magenic has built a terrific infrastructure at the nationwide level.

When I came to Magenic, I was pretty excited to come on board. The longer I work here to more I enjoy it.
Salary/Benefits:
I have many friends that work at many different consulting companies or as in-house developers. Salary wise, our compensation is very competitive. We have all the usual benefits in terms of vacation, personal time off, health care etc. Hardware wise, we get new computers frequently and they are always excellent machines with tons of more... -

There are literally thousands of companies in the IT services space that claim to be "great places to work that take care of their people". Magenic is one of the few that lives up to the promise. The following are specific ways Magenic accomplishes this:
* True project based work. The mix of staff aug to project work at Magenic leans heavily towards project based work. This gives Magenic more control over the project, leading to a greater more...
