  • 4.0 Pretty good company to work with posted by vjs on May 27, 2011

I've been with the Infinite Computing Systems for past four year and I'm very happy with work company is doing, absolutely no complaints. I came to US on H1B to work for Infinite Computing Systems, then they filed my GC within first year of my stay with them. Never on bench, always get good clients. Also, other recruiter employees are very talented and get you going with project in nearly no time.

Over all good company to work with, and know how to take good more...

Unprofessional behavior, they will find the worst possible means to dwindle money from you.

  • 1.0 Don't trust them - waste of time and money posted on January 14, 2011

    Hi,

Don't trust this company. If your VISA gets rejected, they do not pay any of your money back even though even its not your fault at interview. Consulate officer after reviewing the company's tax-papers and employee salary list rejected my visa on these grounds- Company was running in loss in US, and Company pays a salary which is very less as per US standards.

Moreover they asked me to wait and not go for the interview because they were not sure if a more...

I have been a part of Infinite's offshore development centre since the past 6 months, i would like to clarifiy it is not a staffing company only, it has development centre's in US & India. Good work culture, friendly colleague's & good US based projects. On a personal note, i would recommend this Organization. They have recently achieved CMMI Level III certification as well.

  • 1.0 Worst towards employees posted by Mavrickwins on February 10, 2010

This company can harras you in all means. They have stopped dues of all ex employees. Some of them are fired for no reason. They either releave employees immidiately or hold them as long as they could. They put your name in wrong deed and fire you. If you are working with some client and your earning money to them (obv by working at client), you are safe and you will get your salary on regular basis. BUT IF YOUR ON BENCH or YOU HAVE RESIGNED then god help you. more...

  • 1.0 They dont pay on bench which is illegal posted on July 12, 2008

    Friends,

Be aware of your rights. Charging for H1B processing is illegal. Charging for any training is ILLEGAL. NOT PAYING ON BENCH IS ILLEGAL. To make things simple for you I am listing all the lawsuits from the following site and summarizing the findings. Dept of Labor has it very clear. Not paying on becnh is illegal. A person is considered on bench if the employment is not properly terminated.

Look at all these cases more...

I used to work here so my review below is based on my true experience working at Infinite. Ok there are somethings I like about the company and that includes timely pay, medical coverage is ok too.
But as most of us working here know the management is a total pain in ass to work with. You virtually have to fight for every penny. Every little thing has to be "negotiated"!! and I mean everything.. the HR does not have any authority at all and is just more...

Can someone call the labor department and tell them about the visa trap this company is using to exploit Indian professionals in US?

  • 1.0 Worst Employer posted on December 09, 2007

If you are an IT professional in US you would be happier selling burgers at McDonalds than working with this company. Management of this company is a group of blood sucking vampires whose thirst for money never gets over. This company is still living in the days when slavery was so predominant in the society. Just like Indian landlords (Jameendars) would exploit their villagers by holding their land, this company will exploit you by holding your H1B. They also more...

This company gets foreign workers on H1/L1/B1 visa and exploits those workers using their visa status. This is the worst kind of employer in USA but unfortunately the people exploited are foreign workers about who the country doesnt care much. Anyway beware of this company if anyone from this company contacts you and please expose similar employers on this forum. There are tonnes of them out there. This is just going to help the foreign workers associate more...
