  • 1.0 They dont pay on bench which is illegal posted on July 12, 2008

    Friends,

Be aware of your rights. Charging for H1B processing is illegal. Charging for any training is ILLEGAL. NOT PAYING ON BENCH IS ILLEGAL. To make things simple for you I am listing all the lawsuits from the following site and summarizing the findings. Dept of Labor has it very clear. Not paying on becnh is illegal. A person is considered on bench if the employment is not properly terminated.

Look at all these cases more...

I used to work here so my review below is based on my true experience working at Infinite. Ok there are somethings I like about the company and that includes timely pay, medical coverage is ok too.
But as most of us working here know the management is a total pain in ass to work with. You virtually have to fight for every penny. Every little thing has to be "negotiated"!! and I mean everything.. the HR does not have any authority at all and is just more...

Can someone call the labor department and tell them about the visa trap this company is using to exploit Indian professionals in US?

  • 1.0 Worst Employer posted on December 09, 2007

If you are an IT professional in US you would be happier selling burgers at McDonalds than working with this company. Management of this company is a group of blood sucking vampires whose thirst for money never gets over. This company is still living in the days when slavery was so predominant in the society. Just like Indian landlords (Jameendars) would exploit their villagers by holding their land, this company will exploit you by holding your H1B. They also more...

This company gets foreign workers on H1/L1/B1 visa and exploits those workers using their visa status. This is the worst kind of employer in USA but unfortunately the people exploited are foreign workers about who the country doesnt care much. Anyway beware of this company if anyone from this company contacts you and please expose similar employers on this forum. There are tonnes of them out there. This is just going to help the foreign workers associate more...
