Hey guys, the shop (this is not the company- every shop has one keeper and we have keeper here in cabin) is the best for newcomers, freshers and for those who want to spent sometime under politics, of course without work... Imagine how one can grow here whose team leader doesn't know anything and is partial. In development side, the condition is worst. Zero leadership. If the company wants to succeed, leadership change is needed. This company leadership thinks they know how to run the company, but they have failed consistently for the last two years. they believe in smoke and mirrors, and now the smoke is disappearing and the company seems to be crumbling. Advaiya takes good care of people. Sure every organization has its issues, but overall I am happy to be here. We get to work with cool Microsoft technologies - Silverlight, WPF, SharePoint, Surface, Azure, just to name a few. I am an experienced IT professional and I learned a lot since starting to work here.

Indeed you must possess good knowledge of english better if you are Master of Arts in english literature instead of MCA or BE computer science.
