Zero leadership. If the company wants to succeed, leadership change is needed. This company leadership thinks they know how to run the company, but they have failed consistently for the last two years. they believe in smoke and mirrors, and now the smoke is disappearing and the company seems to be crumbling. I have been in different companies at several locations like jaipur, bangalore, and trust me, problems are everywhere.

Advaiya takes good care of people. Sure every organization has its issues, but overall I am happy to be here. We get to work with cool Microsoft technologies - Silverlight, WPF, SharePoint, Surface, Azure, just to name a few. I am an experienced IT professional and I learned a lot since starting to work here.

Indeed you must possess good knowledge of english better if you are Master of Arts in english literature instead of MCA or BE computer science.
