    Zero leadership. If the company wants to succeed, leadership change is needed. This company leadership thinks they know how to run the company, but they have failed consistently for the last two years. they believe in smoke and mirrors, and now the smoke is disappearing and the company seems to be crumbling. Employees have to pay with their jobs for management failures. My advice to potential job seekers, join at your own risk.

    Advaiya is really one of the best companies to work for.
    I have been in different companies at several locations like jaipur, bangalore, and trust me, problems are everywhere.
    But the kind of envirnment we get here, is quite homely.

    Advaiya takes good care of people. Sure every organization has its issues, but overall I am happy to be here. We get to work with cool Microsoft technologies - Silverlight, WPF, SharePoint, Surface, Azure, just to name a few. I am an experienced IT professional and I learned a lot since starting to work here.

Indeed you must possess good knowledge of english better if you are Master of Arts in english literature instead of MCA or BE computer science. So that you can reuse google results to best fit your requirements by using CTRL+C and CTRL+P command in your document.

    The company doesn't bother about its employers especially girls. Sometimes when there is need of delivering targets, girls have to stay late at night and sometimes the whole night and when they are in office the management is not concerned about girls safety. they just want employees to stay late as much as they can.
