This company functions as a sole-proprietorship although the CEO, HH, has gotten funding from investors, repeatedly. His investors believe they have been lied to and so do the employees. HH, the CEO has with-held salary and commissions from his employees claiming he can't make payroll while he takes lavish vacations with his family.
