Having worked there for almost three years, it is very structured and mature. The insurance assets are "information", and this company's IT is large and well-regarded. There is a strong culture that permeates every IT project, and the culture is somewhat homogeneous, thus if one moves from one project to another, most likely he/she will find the same style and process.
