Good - reasonable benefits, not great. Stable employment if you fit in. Great for those who can keep their heads down.
Bad - employees spy on each other, every technology used is dumbed down to the lowest common denominator. New ideas are discouraged. Being 'white bread' is required. Think the most repressive church or family you have ever encountered - then imagine a very large company operating the same way. Very little laughter - most employees more...
