Advocate prides itself on being extremely concerned about its employees. Each year it submits itself to be rated as one of the top employers in Chicagoland. Advocate's healthcare employees pride themselves on giving a high level of service to their patients.
Unfortunately, the reality of working for Advocate falls far short of their goal of being one of the best employers in Chicago. Advocate fosters an atmosphere of gossip, backbiting and fear. A lot more...
