Don't work there if you're in QA

The company treats its employees reasonably well, but some employees are treated much better than others. Developers are treated well, QA are treated as 2nd class citizens. DO NOT work there if you are QA.
The company is still in a startup mode even after 12 years of existence. The business units are decentralized and there is no one at the top overseeing the whole thing. You don't have chaos but instead a "warlord" type environment, where more...
