    Cut Lehigh benifits to encourage unionized employees to take over their own insurance through the union. Reduced the companies contribution for union and salaried workers. A win - win for Lehigh Hanson. A lose - lose for employees.

    Employer practices Age Discrimination. This is documented by Sr Director testimony. Also changes bonus payment rules on the fly to avoid payment.
