A depreciating benefits plan, well below market average pay, marginalized promotions (no pay increase), and little-to-no employee recognition from middle and LOWER management make this a terrible place to work. Have worked here for 3 years and have not seen one single person get promoted in my office. Almost all positions are filled from outside the company. Absolutely terrible pay!!! You wouldnt know it was saturday if you saw the employee parking lot. more...
