    This is a good employer to stay away from. Compensation increases are based on measures outside an employee's control and max at 5% regardless of performance. The company has no centralized management and communication between nationwide offices. There is a great deal of excessive incompetance and overlap in most of the business units. Most disturbingly the company does not follow through on it's own policy of requesting two weeks notice for resignation. more...
