  • 2.0 Strong team, badly led posted on September 12, 2008

Gold mine of strong development staff--the team works on the bleeding edge of Microsoft technologies and excels at engineering process and delivery. Young engineers could potentially come in and learn a ton from the senior staff... provided they're still there. Many are fairly disgruntled at the general lack of leadership and career paths for the development staff.
