Very poor leadership, noone wants to hear constructive criticism so the school is quickly going down the toilet. New policy to hire only women administrators is not going well. The majority of the administrators have left the District in the two years since Dr. Larson (superintendent) was hired. Rumor is she is trying to escape Wyomissing though, so things may be looking up.
