    What is good:
    They leave me alone
    They don't ask me to do much
    I can not show up for days at a time and no one asks why
    Management is incompetent

    What is bad:
    No advancement opportunities for domestic hires (Whites, blacks, latinos)
    Pay is far below market average
    They hire people as "permanent hires" then dismiss them shortly after the project is complete
    No telecommuting
    Raises are rare and small
    Company regularly flaunts labor laws, there are more...
