Causal and relaxed but missing any culture. Management is missing any vision of what they are heading for or how to get there. Project management is virtual non existent. one of the owners simply hides in his office and only comes out to yell. If you have low expectations and no need for advancement this place is fine. But don't expect anyone to listen to your opinions. They already have all the answers.
