Stifling environment.

An easy company to work for, in a pleasantville kind of way. Good and friendly people where THE value is to get along.
They are totally bloated and reward only those that can endure their stifling environment with decision making power. They do things "the mathworks way", which means the total opposite of agile. They have entrenched the worst patterns for software development in many areas, SCM, Project Management, Design, Testing, more...
