it's fun, it's sharp, it's plenty of clever people, each with their strong points, it's full of blogs and things to read and learn every day; you get the feeling your one week at Intalio is worth one year with some others!
And the worldwide-ness of it all make it super excellent to practice up any new language you want !

As a developer, I was allowed enough bandwidth to pursue pet projects, was heavily involved into open source, got into all the cycles of release management.
And well, we're on to change the world.
I had to learn a dozen of new technologies, constantly adapting myself. I learnt to think of my job not only as making software but also marketing it. My manager and our CEO have shown great flexibility and practice an open door policy.
