Dishonest, poor management, discriminates based on weight or looks. Does not like people who have skin conditions or have any extra weight on them. Is in the practice of hiring men only, with the exception of the secretary which is consiered "womens" work. The secretary looked very uncomfortable with the management hitting on her. Will not ever make an effort to be involved in their work and will discourage others form going there also.

Poor treatment of people

Good: Small, nice employees.
Bad: Management does not care about the people that do the work, only care about the money they are making, very selfish and self centered.
