You should avoid this company. The management works off of the buddy system and no matter how hard you work, or how good they say you are doing you will be passed over for promotions because the chief engineer likes his drinking buddies better than you. The company is run by a lot of alchoholics; the Akron ofice has a bar and a pool table. I never drank before I worked for these people and I am glad that I am no longer part of what they are. This company has less than four years experience in software decelopment and the entire development staff is composed of young college kids with no experience. They will work you like a dog and give you little gratification for it. Stay away at all costs (you have been warned)!
