    This comapny actually has its salaried exempt employees punching a time clock.

    In 2008, the Lighting Management Systems division made 14% year over year sales and still instituted a wage freeze. Then in 2009 saw a maximum raise of 3%.

    The comapny is self insured, so it's not surprising that employees pay a lot of out of pocket.

    This company is always finding new ways to insult its employees - whether intentional or not is up for debate.
