has come into its own after early growing pains

The focus on Microsoft stack (and priority access to the latest technology thanks to MSFT co-ownership, Partner of the Year relationship, etc.) insures we're always developing on top of the latest versions. Training availability is deep. Many opportunities to move laterally on client projects (become a SME on developing with other MS products, move between IO and AO, etc.) as well as up (e.g., analyst - developer - architect track).
