RDA is a consulting company that focuses mostly on Microsoft technologies (.NET development, BizTalk, etc.) with a little bit of Java thrown in. Since this is a consulting company, your experience does vary somewhat depending on the particular client you might be working for. There are currently approximately 120 consultants.
