    Unitrin Specialty is trying to grow into a bigger company but does not seem to have the management talent to do so. Most of the departments are unorganized with a lot of politics surrounding the muckety-mucks. A few years ago this company was much smaller and seemed to be on the right track, but management has decided to chase a new "big idea" every quarter or so, destroying any sense of accomplishment or focus in the process.
