I should start of by saying I did enjoy working at Teleca. There's nice people, some nice perks and at least to a limit, there's room for developing yourself. I should add I've mostly worked at the swedish offices (where the HQ is).
Work-wise, there's plenty of room to be able to work with the giants of today's industry, such as Microsoft, Panasonic, Toshiba, Samsung, Philips, etc etc and also get to travel alot. There are some smart people there, but nothing more...
