Interesting job but too much politics

The good thing about the company is that they have very interesting and challenging tasks, and unlike dotcoms or accounting software companies you are making the difference in this world. The company is working on the software that helps to bring real, tangible things to this life (many manufacturers use Dassault software to design things that are around you, cars that you drive, planes that you fly, even toys that you buy for your children.
The bad thing more...
