To Mr. President, Manish Godha
Do advaiya at all have policies?
Are policies are equal for all the employees? If yes, how many times you yourself as a President got screwed up for not filling the timesheet by timesheet kumar?
Do you think you and your wife are the owner of the company and rest are slaves? If no, why you have asked the office-boy to stop cleaning the cars of other employees and your car is still being cleaned by office maintenance staff.
Why employees with proven track record like Imtiyaz and Ravi are asked to resign? Just because they hurt your ego!!Why did in a short time frame of four years company employees developed a negative attitude toward the management?
Is Advaiya Inc and ASPL one company? If yes, then why do we have double standards? Employee of Inc can survive without justifying if they don't pick up calls at odd hours in night while ASPL employee is kicked on ass for the same reason without hearing the justification.
Are all employees are equal for you or you run the company on the basis of good books and bad books? A person in good books can get salary hiked at any point of time and bad book employee will not even get their variables not even single time in tenure of two years. Even if bad book employee forgives you for that you will not allow an easy exit for him!
Do you believe and trust all ASPL employees? Then why didn't this time you have arranges 1O1 with Sandy and what was your wife was doing in 1O1's of employees with Sandy's previous visit in 2008?
Can anybody at ASPL dare to speak against you and your wife and will still keep on working at ASPL or you force the person to resign?
ASPL don't have past history to share the profit with employees, then why do you think that an employee shouldn't expect his variable when the company is not making expected profits? Just one variable was paid in last one and half year, any plans to provide the variable to rest of the qtrs or are you depositing same to MWF?
Do you know about MWF? If no, go and ask any of ASPL employee. Everybody is aware as they are contributing to it!
Do ASPL have any openness in operations? If yes, do you have guts to share the P&L of ASPL for last three years?
To Sandy and Aaron
Do you think ASPL is your own company and do you have any interest in ASPL other than making profit ? If yes, what you did in past one year to improve work environment and moral of ASPL employees? Do you have any process where in ASPL employees can directly reach you or you don't want to be bothered?

In the CEO call this month we saw some signs of change. Too early to know if will happen. The new office in India is great. Shows investment in the country. The One company program. that is the part that is good. If we can make India and US as one that will be great. We need to be one company. US culture is great.

Wake up boy... wake up seems that you are a veteran here ...till now you should have learnt that this LALA company cant change.
The CEO is not happy with the Lala and his CHAMCHA is taking advantage of this. I am 100% sure if this fool(The same gadha I described above)becomes first line in charge of Delhi Shop then BHAGWAN HI MALIK HE CEO ka.

Are yar why r u kicking 2 CHOTA CHATRI.. vo bhi to 1 Mazdur hai... dhyan se deko pata chal ja e ga...kai na kam karta hai.. jo ushki kamar bhi juk gai hai.. bolo ushko.. aab Iodex Rs. 10 ne available hai...or rahi bat Bless ki to... vo to by default hai.. hum sab esh ko pyar jo karte hai....hum hai to ye hai.. hum nahi to kuch bhi nahi.. ka k te ho Chota Chatri..
