Microsoft buys Global Care Solutions

Microsoft is buying Global Care Solutions, a privately held enterprise health information software company based in Bangkok, Thailand.
The acquisition, announced Oct. 29, will allow international hospitals to achieve improved workflow and patient safety through information technology, Microsoft said in a statement. GCS employees will join Microsoft's Health Solutions group, which will manage production and delivery, the statement said. The financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

Is it a Skype + eBay type of deal; "$2.6 billion in up-front cash and eBay stock, plus potential performance-based consideration"?
Or "$50M bail-us-out-for-less-than-we-invested, please"?
