1.0 If Softscape makes you an offer, run for the hills posted on September 17, 2007

The good comments written about this company on the web are probably written by the owners. What a horrible place to work. The turnover was huge, the stress was huge, and they benefits were the worst of any job I ever had. I am glad to say that I am much happier now that I left and work for a good company. The comments about law suits are true and the company is getting sued by former clients.

What is with the nasty comments on thebossawards.com? It also seems to have spilled over into SuccessFactors. I guess these guys do not like each other. It is hard to tell who are the good guys and who are the bad guys. Is there an ethical player in this field?

Yes, there seems to be some real animosity between Dave Watkins and Paul Rahme. From the comments, there seem to be an equal number of self promotion comments and nasty/cheap shot comments. I think it reached a new low point when the F word was used and they each accused the other one of having an affair.

However, the only true thing I saw was the mention of the various law suits which one commentor listed one of the suits on a federal court web page.

The Santi case does not sound particularly strong - given the number of other people Softscape has let go and his short time there. Santi will need something a bit more dramatic for the case like finding others who have been treated the same way.
Where did the Pulaski, Humana and ICAOS suits end up?

I'm not sure how strong the merits of his case are but I do know this is not the first time I've heard allegations of age discrimination. I think anyone looking at the company will notice that the average age of the employees is very young.

I think we need someone to get access to the federal courts so we can view those files.

Another finance guy disappears at Softscape! Perhaps Santi's lawyers should check out how old Nichols was.
