4.0 Awesome Place to Work... posted by BRichard on October 06, 2006

Quick story about this company: As a developer, when I interviewed for the position I was asked to provide my required salary range. After some thought, I came up with a figure and sent it to the HR department. When I was offered the job, the salary CRA provided me EXCEEDED my highest figure in my salary range. Now that's a company to work for!

I engaged in heavy IT consulting for almost 7 years before this position and it is the best development position I've ever held. This company works with you. One of the first questions I was asked after coming aboard was "what kind of PC would you like to work with at CRA?"

I opted for a high-end laptop from which I chose myself having conducted my own research from off the web.

The company did not ask one question as to my choice and ordered it for me with the exact specs that I requested.
