rating for Intalio

4.0 Agile and open posted by atoulme on February 11, 2009

As a developer, I was allowed enough bandwidth to pursue pet projects, was heavily involved into open source, got into all the cycles of release management.
I had to learn a dozen of new technologies, constantly adapting myself. I learnt to think of my job not only as making software but also marketing it. My manager and our CEO have shown great flexibility and practice an open door policy.

And well, we're on to change the world.
