1.0 Dysfunctional and destructive posted on February 16, 2009

Advaiya is dysfunctional in so many ways where do you start, and it is truly due to the management that is hired with no people skills and no processes in place. They set up their employees for failure and the HR has no qualms to back up the management instead of putting processes in place to help the dysfunction. This company has had time to work through this but continue to turn their back on reality, the more employees they mistreat and throw away the worse it will become. It is so sad to see a company create this type of enviroment that no one should have to work in, with no established training or processes in place. I would not recommend this company in any way shape or form, it is about the all mighty dollar and how much they can make at the expense of their employees.

Are you talking about ASPL? or Advaiya in the US?

My manager takes good care of his team, goes to bat when upper management wants something crazy, and doesn't let us get blamed when the fault is not their own. We have internal & external training, and go to conferences to learn more.
