Beg to differ as to the "bad" part. As an employee at OBL, one of the main positives of working here is not only the employees, who are indeed great to work with, but also the management that put together the team. I have never known the management to be fixated on profits at the expense of the workers, or selfish in their dealings with employees or customers.Like most any other business, though, and especially one that depends heavily on a team atmosphere, not being able to get along will eventually earn you a ticket to the door...
