-completely disregard any technical point of view (the PM's already know everything)
-always try to short the estimate by at least a factor of 20 (otherwise the PM's wouldn't have problems to solve)
-consistently deny that there aren't any technical challenges, only expectation misalignment (again...if everything went smoothly, why would you need a PM)
-remember the PM to developer ratio is never less than 3-to-5 (yep... 'we simply have to have a PM to manage the other PM')
