Careful when dealing with these folks. For me, they sold a role that was focused on .NET development and architecture. When I got there, the old switcheroo...to Vignette. The owner is a real ass to deal with...the slimy, sales type. It's no wonder they changed their name a while back (to get out from under bad press with the old name) and still can't seem to get any traction with keeping staff or clients.

I didn't stay past the 4th day...
Day 1 - "Hmm, why are we talking about Vignette?"
Day 2 - "Really? But I'm not a Vignette-kinda guy...and you knew that."
Day 3 - "Seriously? I'm not a Vignette guy, you knew that, and yet you still want me to design a security scheme for a Vignette installation?"
Day 4 - "I'm outta here!"
