its the higst salrt pay cmpy in udai if cmpre with others....
this cmpny never think abt strict 8hrs jb.. one cn take no of brks inbetween wrk n enjy..

to gain respect you have to earn respect which advaiya never has and never can... what else can one say about a company that deducts your pay for "excessive toilet breaks"... and if your idea of "excitement" is producing marketing material for microsoft, which is all this company does, then i feel very sorry and very sad for you... wake up and smell the coffee -

It's interesting that no one who has anything positive to say about Advaiya wants to reveal his/her identity. Just confirms the impression that it's the management that's writing these posts in a pathetic and ultimately futile attempt to salvage what one can of the company's tattered reputation. -

I was wrong. This is the worst company to work with.
If you really want to ruin your life then join Advaiya.
In my opinion: friends pls don't shot in your foot your self.
Never ever even dream of joining Advaiya.

The technology (pay for 1 and get work of 2) is really latest and very few companies dare to work in this tech. The biggest excitement is I could never pass a single interview based on new tech.

Yes Advaiya is the only shop (so called company) which works for 5 days (on papers) I even can't remember how often I have to come to office on week ends. And there are many companies yes this time I am talking about real companies in Udaipur who have 5 days a week.

Indeed if we compare the salary with other shops like Mohan Kirana Store, Champa retail shop etc.
Except the working hours in these shops are fixed: 10 am to 7 pm but for sure if Lala ji at these shops start humiliating like our lala ji does then probably the salary would be much higher than Advaiya.

Yes, the company thinks strict 12 hrs exploitation.

Yes one can take many breaks and enjoy being caught on surveillance camera placed everywhere, which is watched by both Miyan n Bibi on a regular interval and tallied with the employment movement register, Wow really exciting
