Everybody in Udaipur already knows the kind of impression Advaiya has. So we don't have any scope to create any impression. This is just a warning for the people coming out of Udaipur. Who might get trapped by the management at the time of joining that is neither you get the salary as promised nor you will be getting work culture and work quality (DEMOS DEVELOPMENT IN DEVELOPMENT TEAM AND DATA ENTERY IN THE CONTENT TEAM).

It is a typical COPY PASTE company where you will be penalized when you apply your brain. Even the "Chay Wala Kaka" knows what this company is all about. So don't become a fool by joining this company.

As an evidence just try searching negative feed back about the companies like Infosys, Wipro, Microsoft, IBM etc where the headcount is in thousands. Hardly will you get any.

Ironically there are only 40 people work in Advaiya and the number of posts in here are more than 50% and it is increasing exponentially day by day and headcount decreasing day by day need less to say exponentially.

Aurangzab .Hitler and Mohammad Bin Tughlaq were in a business for a long time but it doesn't mean that people under their rule were happy at all, but the rulers were happy in their own regime.

If the company is doing good in the business why are the employees not being paid their variable pay which is being deducted every month from salary. This variable pay figure is just to increase the CTC in the offer letter and not intended to pay.

Yes it is getting better as all the professionals have started leaving Advaiya, and now it is left with the BANDHUA MAJDOORS ONLY AND LALA JI CAN HANDLE MAJDOOR MORE EFFICIANTLY.

Advaiya employee can piss either in the restroom or here because rest of the places are being continuously monitored by the surveillance cameras. I have doubts that the rest room might also have spy cams there.

Moral of the story is "LALA JI IS A HAPPY MAN".
