    In this company i don't find anyone to talk about management related problems, in any decent corporate enviornment employees go to HR, discuss issues thoroughly, show their concerns and thrash out the reasons to resolve the problem. Here the HR is presidents's WIFE, so no room for management bashing. All important issues/decision /concerns takes place in bedroom not in the meeting room.
    I do not know what control and influence are here from Advaiya USA ? I guess there is no, else this place would have been much better what it is now.

    Friends think again before joining this company.

    Here you will be recognized only by your flattering tones not by ur performence and work well done.
    Appreciation only goes to CHAMCHAS.
    You are fine only if you can work like a human dummy with no advice and sugesstion.
    Make yur President and HR happy.
    Do not expect bonus/ reward ...
    Ready to work 24/7 days while your president and HR are enjoying their vacation.
    Also make up yur mind you could be asked to work on DIWALI and other festivals without any compensation.

    Well, if this trend stays on our management will have to spend most of his time in replacing the lost employees...... No time for learning and growth.
