This company can harras you in all means. They have stopped dues of all ex employees. Some of them are fired for no reason. They either releave employees immidiately or hold them as long as they could. They put your name in wrong deed and fire you. If you are working with some client and your earning money to them (obv by working at client), you are safe and you will get your salary on regular basis. BUT IF YOUR ON BENCH or YOU HAVE RESIGNED then god help you. you wont get salary when you are on notice period and there is no guarentee that you will get it afterwords. I have been in this company for about an year and they forced me to leave. I have seen too many exits from this company. 8 out of 10 are either fired or forced to quit!!!..I can put all i know here if you want.BUT STAY AWAY from this company. They hired people for ISO certification and they fired/forced to leave almost every one in very same week!!!!!!!..NOw you decide.
