I have been in different companies at several locations like jaipur, bangalore, and trust me, problems are everywhere.
But the kind of envirnment we get here, is quite homely.
*Advaiya is the only company having 5 day / week policy.
*Advaiya is the only company providing extra care to children of the employees. They have a Creche (Baby care room), and separate staff to maintain.
*Advaiya provides you right to present your ideas directly, in form of private meetings/presentations or whatever eay you want.
*Advaiya is currently (2010) the highest paying company in the whole region, and also much better than many MNCs in Bangalore and Hyderabad.
*Advaiya is growing! Recently opened a new office in gurgoen. Also in news are the plans about getting publicly listed. Now if you know the minimum norms for getting a company releasing its shares, you can figure out its current and future prospects.
I am working on the latest technologies that are still not released by Microsoft, but still advaiya is enjoying them being a certified Partner Company.
And i am getting a resume almost daily for the people who are willing to join Advaiya.
Facts are Facts....rest all is perception.

Highest paying company in region?? LOL, what do they pay you guys 75 cents an hour instead of 50 cents?ROFL -

you need to go out and get some fresh airthere are several companies here that work 5 days/week - arcgate, secure, elixir... and genuinely so unlike advaiya where you have to work from home on weekendslots of companies provide extra facilities and much better than those offered by advaiyain advaiya you can present your ideas as long as you agree with the management, sort of like what Ford said - i don't care what color they want on their car as long as it is blacksalaries offered by arcgate, secure, etc beat those of advaiya by a long wayadvaiya is stagnating maybe even declining due to the fact that their best employees have steadily left them; the company is certainly not growingadvaiya gets access to latest technologies only because they create marketing material for Microsoft; not because they do any development on them... and you were saying something about facts??? -

Arre yaar Soni why are you sucking Chuchikaji? Itne bure din aagai tere....
I joined this company few months ago and this is my worst decision. This office is a baby care center, there is no real work here but during interview they tell you all the lies to attract.
This company is small family business. One brother in USA sends all the work to India and the other brother in India gets it done cheaply. Chuchikaji is his wife and is head of HR and Admin ....hahaha....rest you can read in other posts....
The work that is done here requires junior technical writers. There is one RAS card given by microsoft which the whole office uses to download product documentation and then uses copy-paste and google search to make powerpoints. This they call working on latest technology, analytical and consulting!!! ...ROFL.
Soni, you have never worked in any decent company and that is why you say such things about their salary/benefits, others will laugh on your statements.
Where did you read the news of company going public? This company is sinking boat and that is why in the last few months all the smart and senior people have left from the US office. Here too almost all the good people have already left the company or leaving.

Advaiya is really one of the best companies for Chamchas like you.
I have been in different companies at several locations like jaipur, bangalore, and trust me, problems are everywhere because they all give values to skills not to chamchas.
But the kind of envirnment we get here, is quite homely.... defiantly for a sucker like you who is free to suck all time forcefully on weekend as well.*Advaiya is the only company having 5 day / week policy.
=>Seems that you have all your experience working in shops....You fool in other shops you are paid working on weekends here you are not paid neither it is mentioned in your offer letter but you have to.Take example of Gurgaon shop where new joinies were promised to give comp off for working over weekend but they never got it,also the current project where people were here for 4.00 am in the morning for continually 3-4 days and what did they get in return a big **** *Advaiya is the only company providing extra care to children of the employees. This was expected from you mr. Vishal Soni.....
If someone can get the promotion and the Employee of the Quarter not because of his/her work but for his goooooooood sleep and snorrings, these kind of reviews were always expected.
Well buttering the management can win you some awards my friend but in the long run you will have to work and that too without sleeping in work hours. :)
For your observations about the company, let me tell you some facts
5 days/week:
Even the govt. offices are having 5 days/week nowadays. This doesn't mean that the govt. offices are best place to work.
Extra care to children of employees:
Extra care to children or their mothers? Some of the most unefficient ladies of this company steal a lot of their work time to take care of their babies and sleep in the creche.
Highest Paying company in the region:
I would say Highest Pay showing company in the region. You never get what you are promised to get. Let me tell you one thing, one can always compromise with salary but the thing is if you cant pay why the hell do you promise.

Yes boy, I agree with you on this. But only when your idea aligns to Mr. Godha's triangle i.e. when your idea suits the Godha family's growth not the company's. Once try to argue against the words of the Godha's and you will get to know the truth.

The bank balance of Godha family growing and nothing else. I haven't seen the company moving an inch ahead of what it was 3 years back. The Gurgaon office has become a recruitment center for the employees who want to switch. And look who is managing that office Mr. Two slides back. God bless Advaiya.

Being a technical writer you are only working on ctrl+c and ctrl+v technologies my friend..... you search Microsoft content whole day and then provide that only to microsoft back. What technology man!!!!!!
Certified Partner: Can't stop myself laughing!!!! yes this company has the certified patner tag!!!!! but this so called certified partner can't even get the licensed microsoft products. They still use the expired or pirated products with cracks. What a Joke!!!!!!!! :)
The sr. management only knowsthe names of latest technologies.... where one of them wants to put a web part in everything he sees. On one fine day he would come to a developer and say "Dude, open this Powepoint document or a Java Page and put a web part in it."
The General Manager, Delhi Operations wants to build a WCF service for almost everything in this world.... I am afraid did he get his son using a WCF service.
The so called World class HR of this company wants to get the entire HR module for the company built in 2 days... WTF.....
