All you need to get started is a username and password. Providing your email address is completely optional. But if you don't enter an email address and you forget your password, then we won't be able to send a new password to you!

If you are particularly concerned about your anonymity, it is recommended that you do not enter an email address, so that if Coderific is subpoenaed for that information, your email address cannot be used to identify you. The Coderific terms of service contains more information about protecting your privacy.

tip: Use a unique username that's not tied to your identity and that you haven't used anywhere else. If you post your employer ratings anonymously, your username won't show up anywhere on this site.
